Recognizing and bringing awareness of the HIV epidemic in the Church.
Action/Activity
AIDS Alabama joined with the Pastors and congregations of the Greater Saint Paul A.M.E Church of Troy, AL, First Congregational UCC Church and Payne Chapel A.M.E. Church of Birmingham, AL to recognize and bring awareness of the HIV epidemic in the Church. The Pastors of these churches understand the need to have science and fact-based conversations about HIV/AIDS. We thank them for allowing us to educate and test in their spaces.
